Limited Warranty
The limited warranty is only valid for the period of time asset forthin the product documentation enclosed in the packing.
The period commences from the date of manufacture appearing on the product x-ray stamp.
There are no warranties which extends the face of the BISA Technologies is limited warranty.
BISA Technologies disclaims all other warranties, expressor implied,regarding the products, including
any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Unlimited Warranty
Unlimited warranty is provided by BISA Technologies unless your BISA product was purchased
from BISA Technologies directly or from an authorized distributor or an authorized reseller.
Warranty limitation
BISA Technologies's limited warranty is limited to the repairor replacement of the defective product.
BISA Technologies has no liability for general, consequential, incidental and/or special damages
as arising from the defect in any products.
BISA Technologies has no liability for any product returned if we, BISA, determines that either the
product was stolen from BISA or the product was misused, tampered or damaged in any case. |
